Terms of Use
These terms govern your access to Kwizr. By using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
Kwizr provides short quizzes, explanations, progress features and related content for entertainment and informal learning. Features and content may be added, changed, suspended or removed.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital-consent age required where you live. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms yourself, a parent or guardian must approve your use.
3. Informational content
We aim to review questions and sources carefully, but errors may occur. Content is general information, not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Do not rely on quiz content for decisions where loss, safety or legal rights are involved.
4. Coins, XP and unlocks
Coins, XP, streaks, achievements and unlocks are in-product progress features. They have no cash value, cannot be purchased, transferred, redeemed for money or treated as property, and may be corrected or removed when awarded through error or abuse. Rewards come from eligible gameplay and never require clicking or interacting with display advertisements.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Manipulate scores, rewards, requests or technical controls.
- Use bots, scripts or automated tools to play, scrape or overload the service without written permission.
- Probe security, introduce malicious code or interfere with other visitors.
- Copy or republish substantial parts of the question library or interface.
- Use the service unlawfully or infringe another person’s rights.
6. Intellectual property and feedback
The service design, software, original question wording, explanations and branding belong to Kwizr or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Facts themselves are not claimed as proprietary. If you send suggestions or corrections, you allow us to use them without payment or obligation.
7. Advertising and third-party services
The service may contain advertising or links to third-party services. Their content, availability and data practices are controlled by those third parties. An advertisement is not an endorsement. Advertising interaction does not affect quiz scoring, coins or access to answers.
8. Availability and enforcement
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may limit or block access, reverse improperly obtained rewards or take other reasonable action to protect the service and its users.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. Kwizr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
10. Changes, law and contact
We may revise these terms. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept it. Applicable law and courts will be determined by the operator’s legally registered location and any mandatory consumer law that applies to you. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
