Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Kwizr collects through Kwizr, why it is used and the choices available to you.
1. Information we process
Session and gameplay information. You can play without creating an account. We use an encrypted session cookie and a random guest identifier to remember quiz attempts, answers, scores, XP, coins, streaks, missions and cosmetic unlocks.
Technical information. Our hosting and security systems may process IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, referral information and diagnostic logs. This information helps deliver the service, prevent abuse and investigate errors.
Information you provide. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
Advertising information. When advertising is enabled, advertising providers may process cookies, device identifiers, approximate location and interactions necessary to deliver, measure and protect advertisements, subject to your consent where required.
2. How we use information
- Provide quizzes and remember progress.
- Calculate scores, coins, missions and unlocks.
- Maintain security, prevent fraud and enforce our terms.
- Diagnose problems and improve performance and content.
- Respond to questions, corrections and privacy requests.
- Display and measure advertising when enabled.
About coins and progress. Coins, XP, levels, streaks and unlocks are virtual in-product progress features. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, purchased or redeemed for money.
3. Legal bases
Depending on where you live, processing may rely on performance of a service you request, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent for optional cookies and personalised advertising.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with hosting, security, analytics, email and advertising providers that help operate the service; with professional advisers; during a business reorganisation; or when legally required. Providers may process information under their own policies where they act independently.
5. Advertising and Google
Kwizr may use Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to show personalised or non-personalised advertising, limit repetition, measure performance and prevent fraud. 6. Retention
Guest progress is scheduled to expire after approximately 90 days of inactivity. Security logs, backups, correspondence and legally required records may be retained for different periods appropriate to their purpose. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer reasonably needed.
7. Your choices and rights
You may block or clear cookies through your browser, although essential session features may then stop working. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent or complain to a data-protection authority.
8. Children
Kwizr is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children below that age. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information should contact us.
9. Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to safeguards required by applicable law.
10. Changes and contact
